1. Impact of sportsbook launch at Potawatomi Casino Hotel
Since partnering with Kambi in 2023, Potawatomi has invested in a state-of-the-art sportsbook at its property in Milwaukee, WI, and has seen firsthand how a Kambi-powered sportsbook drives engagement and boosts overall property performance, as their VP of Digital Gaming, Justin Arnett, explains.
“Since launching our state-of-the-art sportsbook at Potawatomi Casino Hotel in May of 2024, we’ve seen a significant impact not just within our sportsbook, but across our entire property. Sports betting has introduced a new wave of guests, particularly younger audiences, who have become engaged Reward Card members and active participants in other forms of gaming, driving an overall uplift to our casino floor.”
Of male and female audiences ages 21-34, Potawatomi has seen a 154% increase in reward card members, as well as increases in both total property visits and in average monthly visits per member. Furthermore, the property has experienced a 14% increase in food and beverage activity, which is a testament to the enhancements to the broader guest experience that sports betting brings.

Kambi’s tribal sports betting partners have seen consistent growth year after year, and 2024 was no exception. In 2024, Kambi tribal partners saw a 51% increase in handle compared to the previous year, along with a 72% growth in the number of bets placed.
